Holly House Veterinary Hospital is seeking an enthusiastic Nights Registered Veterinary Nurse for a 12-month contract, based at our Moor Town hospital. You will work 7pm–6am, four nights on, eight nights off, joining a supportive team led by the night vet to deliver high‑quality care.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-orientated Nights Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Holly House Vets on a 12 month contract basis.
You’ll be based at our hospital in Moor Town, working alongside the night vet as part of a supportive team.
As a general practice with mid-tier referral services led by certificate holders in surgery, medicine, dentistry and exotics, we see a varied caseload and work cases up to a high clinical standard. You’ll have access to advanced diagnostics including CT, X-ray, ultrasound, laparoscopy and endoscopy across our fully equipped practices.
Our hospital facilities include purpose-built consulting rooms, an isolation ward and a spacious prep and theatre suite, alongside multiparameter anaesthetic monitoring and ventilator support. With both first opinion and referral cases across a range of species, we’re committed to providing high-quality care to every patient.
As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences.
You’ll work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider practice team, taking responsibility for the nursing care of a range of first opinion cases, contributing to clinical standards, and supporting the ongoing development of patient care within the practice.
This role will involve a range of RVN duties, including surgery, inpatient care, conducting laboratory tests, dealing with emergencies, and looking after inpatients. You will work collaboratively with the entire team to deliver the highest standard of care to all of our clients.
