IVC Evidensia Group is seeking a Nights Registered Veterinary Nurse for our Moor Town hospital in Leeds. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a 4 nights on, 8 nights off rolling rota, 7pm to 6am shifts.

You’ll work with the night vet and a supportive team across a range of first opinion and referral cases. As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will deliver high‑quality patient care, perform nursing duties, and support clinical standards while enhancing client experiences.

Registered Veterinary Nurse - Nights (12 month fixed term contract)

We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-orientated Nights Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Holly House Vets on a 12 month contract basis.

You’ll be based at our hospital in Moor Town, working alongside the night vet as part of a supportive team.

As a general practice with mid-tier referral services led by certificate holders in surgery, medicine, dentistry and exotics, we see a varied caseload and work cases up to a high clinical standard. You’ll have access to advanced diagnostics including CT, X-ray, ultrasound, laparoscopy and endoscopy across our fully equipped practices.

Our hospital facilities include purpose-built consulting rooms, an isolation ward and a spacious prep and theatre suite, alongside multiparameter anaesthetic monitoring and ventilator support. With both first opinion and referral cases across a range of species, we’re committed to providing high-quality care to every patient.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences.

You’ll work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider practice team, taking responsibility for the nursing care of a range of first opinion cases, contributing to clinical standards, and supporting the ongoing development of patient care within the practice.

Working Pattern

• Working 4 nights on, 8 nights off on a rolling rota
• Shifts are from 7pm-6am

General Responsibilities

This role will involve a range of RVN duties, including surgery, inpatient care, conducting laboratory tests, dealing with emergencies, and looking after inpatients. You will work collaboratively with the entire team to deliver the highest standard of care to all of our clients.
