Shift Pattern: Alternating shifts 7:30am4:00pm or 12:00pm8:30pm
A leading small animal hospitalis seeking a proactive and dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join their well-established and supportive clinical team. This is a unique opportunity for a nurse who thrives in a fast-paced, hospital-based setting, working with varied and often advanced clinical cases.
As a RCVS-accredited Small Animal Hospital with Emergency and Critical Care accreditation, the practice offers an exceptional opportunity for a nurse looking to deepen their clinical skills while contributing meaningfully to the care of inpatients, surgical cases, and emergency patients.
Youll be an integral part of a highly experienced and collaborative nursing team, supporting with:
Inpatient monitoring and care
Surgical support, including pre- and post-operative care
Nurse-led consults and Schedule 3 procedures
Diagnostic imaging, including radiography and ultrasonography
Advanced case exposure including CT, endoscopy, orthopaedic and soft tissue surgeries
Emergency and critical care case support
You will also be involved in supporting and mentoring students and newer team members, helping to maintain a strong clinical and developmental culture within the hospital.

Experience in delivering exceptional inpatient and client care
Skilled in nurse consults and clinical efficiency

Experience in coaching and influencing colleagues to support a positive work environment
You'll be part of a long-standing and welcoming team, including 7 day vets, 3 night vets, 7 RVNs, student nurses, veterinary care assistants, and client care coordinators.
