Job summary

Strathspey Veterinary Centre is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team in Aviemore on a full-time basis. The RVN will deliver high-quality nursing care, support clinical standards and work with surgeons and the wider team.

The role covers inpatient care, theatre nursing, nurse consultations, lab work and client communication, with a focus on compassionate, practical care and ongoing development within a supportive practice.

Qualifications

• Registration as a Veterinary Nurse with the RCVS.
• Experience working in clinical practice with growing confidence in medical and surgical nursing.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient care, theatre nursing, nurse consultations, laboratory work, client communication.
• Support the wider clinical team and contribute to patient care and standards.
