Job summary

Wirral Vets in Wirral, part of IVC Evidensia Group, is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team on a full-time basis. You’ll deliver high-quality nursing care alongside an experienced team.

You’ll work in a busy first opinion practice with exposure to surgical nursing, inpatient care, diagnostics and imaging, with ongoing professional development and support from the Nurse Academy.

Qualifications

• Registration as a Veterinary Nurse with the RCVS.
• Experience in clinical practice, with growing confidence in medical and surgical nursing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients.
• Collaborate with veterinary surgeons and the wider team.
• Manage nursing duties across surgical, inpatient, diagnostics and nurse clinics.
• Support ongoing development of patient care.
