Job summary

Stockport Vets for Pets is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join a growing clinical team in Stockport, Cheshire. You will admit patients, monitor anaesthetics, recover, and discharge with support from ANAs and an SVN. A passion for animal welfare and excellent client service is essential.

The role offers full or part-time hours, 1 in 4 full weekends and 1 in 4 single days. CPD and certificates are funded, with a generous package and pensions.

Qualifications

• Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with minimum 2 years post-qualification experience.
• Good customer service skills and cheerful, down-to-earth attitude.
• Interest in animal welfare and development through varied caseload.

Responsibilities

• Admit patients and monitor anaesthetics.
• Recover and discharge patients with ANAs and SVN support.
• Provide nursing care and maintain high clinical standards while delivering excellent client service.
