Job summary

Vets for Pets Portishead is recruiting an RVN to join our friendly team in Portishead. We welcome either newly qualified or experienced nurses who enjoy teamwork, patient care and developing their skills in a supportive environment.

The practice is modern and purpose-built for small animals, with three consulting rooms and a cooperative team. The role is full-time (40 hours per week, 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am-4pm) with no out-of-hours and opportunities to carry out Schedule 3 procedures.

Qualifications

• RVN qualification and registration.
• Ability to work within a supportive team and deliver high patient care.
• Willingness to develop skills and utilise nursing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• The role includes theatre and surgical caseload.
• Inpatient care and nurse consultations.
• Opportunity to pursue Schedule 3 procedures.
