We are looking for a registered veterinary nurse to join our team at Fernside Vets on an 11-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. We encourage our nurses to work to their full potential, providing great job satisfaction daily. We truly appreciate the valuable contributions nurses bring to the clinic, clients, and patients.
This position is for 32-40 hours per week over 4 days, with no OOH or weekends. We are flexible and also accept part-time applications with a minimum of 24 hours over 3 days.
Your role will include all general nursing duties such as consulting/clinics, anaesthetics, patient care, lab work, x-ray, and imaging. We pride ourselves on being a progressive practice that utilises nurse skills extensively, offering good scope for development of interests and skills within the role.
