Job summary

Adams Vets in Liverpool is seeking a motivated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly two-clinic practice on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will provide high standards of nursing care, assist surgical procedures, and support client education within a collaborative team of 4 veterinary surgeons and 5 nurses.

Qualifications

• Registration as a Veterinary Nurse with the RCVS is essential.
• Experience in clinical practice with surgical nursing is preferred.
• Excellent communication and client relations skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of nursing care across varied first opinion cases.
• Support surgical procedures, including anesthesia monitoring and theatre nursing.
• Provide inpatient care and assist with patient recovery and wellbeing.
• Run nurse consultations and contribute to preventative care and client education.
