Taverham Veterinary Hospital is entering an exciting phase of expansion, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a large, forward‑thinking hospital team. Alongside our main hospital, we also operate branch practices at Longwater Lane and Bure Valley, providing a blend of advanced clinical care and strong client continuity.

Our hospital is equipped with excellent facilities including a CT scanner, dental suite, four operating theatres, dedicated cat and dog wards, and isolation facilities. We also offer hydrotherapy, physiotherapy and a veterinary‑led cattery, creating a varied and progressive clinical environment.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high‑quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences.

You’ll work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider practice team, taking responsibility for the nursing care of a range of first opinion cases, contributing to clinical standards, and supporting the ongoing development of patient care within the practice.

• Support anaesthesia, surgery and diagnostic procedures
• Deliver high‑quality inpatient care and patient monitoring
• Run nurse consultations and provide preventative healthcare advice
• Assist with laboratory work and diagnostic processes
• Work collaboratively across hospital and branch settings when required
• Work a 4‑day week, totalling 38.5 hours, with a shared weekend rota and no out‑of‑hours commitments
