We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-orientated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Andale Veterinary Centre on a full-time basis.

Andale Veterinary Centre is a state-of-the-art, purpose-built small animal practice offering a varied caseload across routine surgery, medical cases, nurse consultations and inpatient care. This is an exciting opportunity for an RVN who enjoys working as part of a supportive team and using their nursing skills across a broad first opinion caseload.

The practice is ideally situated just minutes from major transport links including the M57, M62 and Mersey Gateway Bridge, with easy access to the Wirral, North Wales, Liverpool City Centre, John Lennon Airport, the Lake District and Manchester.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences.

You’ll work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider practice team, taking responsibility for the nursing care of a range of first opinion cases, contributing to clinical standards, and supporting the ongoing development of patient care within the practice.

Working Pattern
  • 38.5 hours per week
  • 4-day working week with shifts between 8:00am and 7:00pm
  • 1 in 4 Saturday mornings, 8:30am to 12:30pm
  • No Sundays, bank holidays or out-of-hours requirements

Example shift patterns may include:

  • Monday 9:30am to 7:00pm, Tuesday off, Wednesday to Friday 9:00am to 7:00pm

or

  • Monday 8:00am to 7:00pm, Tuesday off, Wednesday 8:00am to 2:00pm, Thursday and Friday 8:00am to 7:00pm
General Responsibilities
