Role Accountabilities

In this role, you will:

• Consistently deliver exceptional care to your clients.
• Support surgeries and procedures, completing all pre- and post-procedure activities.
• Carry out nurse-led appointments and schedule 3 activities.
• Deliver patient monitoring and care.
• Manage admissions and discharges as directed by the Veterinary team.
• Complete patient transfers to out-of-hours or enhanced care.
• Dispense and check medication.
• Deliver professional excellence, complying with all regulatory, practice, and operational standards.
• Hold briefings to engage and coordinate your team for the most effective running of the practice.

Your Skills and Experience

• RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse.
• Experience delivering exceptional patient and client care.
• Experience working effectively as part of a team.
• Supportive of Nurse consults, with an understanding of how this contributes to practice performance and efficiency.
• Skilled in coaching and influencing colleagues to get the best out of everyone.
