Job summary

GLG Vets in London, Greater London is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a friendly, well‑run practice. You will provide inpatient care, monitor anaesthesia, assist in theatre and run nurse clinics.

This role offers clinical autonomy, CPD support, generous holiday, and fees paid for professional standards. Applicants should be RCVS registered, with theatre, wards and consults experience, and a collaborative, organised approach.

Qualifications

• RCVS registration or eligibility to practice in the UK.
• Experience across theatre, wards and consults.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• IT literacy with PMS and lab integrations.
• Bonus: additional certificates or interests.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care across wards and day patients.
• Monitor anaesthesia and assist during theatre procedures.
• Run nurse clinics and deliver client education.
• Support diagnostics (lab work, radiography prep, sample handling).
• Keep meticulous clinical notes and contribute to QA initiatives.
