Job summary

Medivet Weymouth is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our busy practice. You will deliver nurse-led appointments, support the Vet with procedures, and help maintain the highest standards of patient and client care.

You will monitor patients, manage admissions and discharges, and work closely within a supportive team to deliver exceptional care while complying with regulatory and practice requirements.

Qualifications

• Registered Veterinary Nurse (RCVS) with current registration and active practice licence.
• Strong patient and client care focus with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow clinical protocols.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nurse-led appointments and schedule 3 activities, supporting consults, surgeries and procedures.
• Provide patient monitoring and care, including admissions and discharges.
• Deliver exceptional care to clients and maintain high standards of regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Overview

As a Nurse you will be accountable for the clinical delivery of nurse-led appointments and will be required to support the Vet with procedures as required, ensuring we deliver exceptional care to our clients, patients and colleagues whilst maintaining the highest levels of regulatory and operational standards and compliance.
