Job summary

White Lodge Veterinary Surgery, based near Exmouth, is seeking an RVN for a 6 month fixed term contract. The role is full-time (36 hours per week) with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (8am-12:30pm) and no out-of-hours duties. Salary up to £33,000 per annum FTE, dependent on experience.

Newly qualified nurses welcome to apply. We are an RCVS training practice, and you will support student learning during 4-week placements.

Job description

White Lodge Veterinary Surgery, based in an area of outstanding natural beauty with Woodbury Common, the Exe Estuary, the coast and 1.5 miles of sandy beach on our doorstep.

We have an exciting opportunity for an RVN to join us on a 6 month fixed term contract! Our practice prides itself on being a part of the local community and is staffed by a friendly, vibrant team. We are an RCVS training practice and have 3 RVN's, one student veterinary nurse and one patient care assistant.

White Lodge is also a Bristol Vet School training partner and you will support student learning whilst they are on 4-week placements as part of their final year rotations. We invest in our team and encourage our colleagues to pursue their professional interests so that everyone has the opportunity to develop their career.

This is a full-time role working 36 hours a week with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (8am-12:30pm). There are no OOH duties. We can be flexible with shifts, so please let us know what you are looking for! We can offer a salary up to £33,000 per annum FTE depending on experience. Applications from newly qualified nurses will also be accepted.
