We are seeking a full-time Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our day team. This position is initially to cover a team member's maternity leave, but we are offering a permanent position due to practice expansion. Temporary posts are also considered if preferred.
This role is ideal for nurses interested in pre-, peri-, and post-surgical patient care, alongside excellent client care. Additional training for our varied surgical caseload will be provided as needed.

Responsibilities include analgesia, fluid therapy, surgical assistance, diagnostic imaging, wound care, laboratory procedures, maintaining surgical equipment, and supporting medicine cases. This hands-on role covers a broad clinical spectrum, perfect for those looking to deepen their knowledge, take on new challenges, and develop a well-rounded career in referral veterinary medicine.
Our day RVNs participate in a weekend on-call rota (currently 1 in 8). On Saturdays, the RVN is on-site from 8 am to 12 noon, then on-call and attending as required.
