An exciting opportunity has arisen at our small animal practice for an enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse to join Veterinary Partner Johan van Sittert and his team in Bridgwater Vets for Pets.
Bridgwater has a loyal client base and a fantastic reputation locally and further afield. The practice is purpose built with all the latest technology to allow us to give the best possible care to our patients including digital X-ray, ultrasound, in house blood machine, blood pressure monitor, dental machine and dedicated theatre with suction and electrocautery and advanced orthopaedic equipment.
Johan studied in South Africa and has been qualified for over 20 years. He has been working in the UK since 2003 and attained his surgery certificate in 2017. We also have a friendly and experienced team consisting of 3 other experienced Vets, 5 RVN’s, 1 Practice Manager and 4 Client Care Advisors.
By joining us you will have the opportunity to use your nursing skills to their full potential, including consultations, admitting patients, monitoring anaesthetics, laboratory diagnostics, recovering, and discharging patients.
The position can be Full or Part time working between 25 to 40 hours per week of a mixture on early, middle and late shifts with 1 in 4 weekends on rota basis.
