Registered Service Manager

A Registered Service Manager job to lead a 16+ therapeutic supported accommodation service for unaccompanied asylum-seeking young people.

Position : Registered Service Manager

Salary : £46,000 per annum

Location : East Sussex

Hours : Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, plus on-call

Closing date : 12th December 2025

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to take on the leadership of a therapeutic supported accommodation provision for young people aged 16-17 who have experienced significant trauma. You will oversee the day-to-day operations across two small homes, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support that meets regulatory and safeguarding standards.

You will be the lead contact for Ofsted, maintaining full compliance with the Quality Standards and ensuring inspection readiness at all times. Managing a dedicated team of staff, you will nurture a culture of safety, growth, compassion and professional excellence.

Key responsibilities include :
  • Leading on regulatory compliance and Ofsted inspection requirements
  • Providing strong safeguarding leadership as the Designated Safeguarding Lead
  • Managing household budgets and contributing to sustainable financial planning
  • Leading, supervising and developing staff across both services
