Job summary

The post holder is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidenced-based nursing care, working collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.

Based at Glan Clwyd Hospital, Denbighshire, you will join the North Wales Vascular Network, with access to a dedicated vascular ward and state-of-the-art Hybrid Theatre. Welsh or English speakers are welcome.

Qualifications

• Registered nurses with vascular care experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate evidenced-based nursing care.
• Assist in management and organisation of clinical area and supervise other staff.
