Care Concern Group’s Floryn House Care Home in the United Kingdom is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN) to deliver high‑quality, clinically led care across shifts. You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication and monitor health, while leading the care team and safeguarding dignity and wellbeing.

This role offers 24–48 hours per week with a pay rate of £26.15 per hour, paid DBS and pension, a uniform, and 5.6 weeks’ annual leave.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with active NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical judgement and ability to lead shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assess needs and develop/review care plans.
• Administer medication and monitor health changes.
• Lead shifts and support the care team; ensure documentation is accurate and care is safe.
