Spire Elland is looking for an experienced Scrub Nurse Practitioner to join the Theatre team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Scrub for major and minor cases including Orthopaedics, General Surgery, and Thoracic procedures.
• Support in assessing patients' health and well-being, assisting in delivering personalized care.
• Promote best practices, contribute to quality improvements, collect and organize data, interpret information, and make justifiable assessments.
• Develop a culture that enhances health, safety, security, and infection control, and lead knowledge and practice development among team members.

Who We're Looking For

• HCPC registered Operating Department Practitioner or NMC registered Nurse with scrub experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to maintain high standards of patient care.
• Experience working in teams with minimal supervision.
