Requirements:

  • NMC Registered Nurse (RN) with valid registration.
  • Proven experience in a clinical nursing environment, with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Strong clinical decision-making abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
  • Experience in specific specialties (e.g., elderly care, pediatrics) is an advantage but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding patient care in accordance with NMC standards and hospital protocols.
  • Provide clinical assessments, planning, and implementation of care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring the safety and well-being of all patients.
  • Support patients and their families with advice, education, and emotional support.
  • Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver personalized care.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress and update care plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure high levels of infection control, safety, and hygiene within the facility.
