Job summary

Cygnet Joyce Parker Hospital in Coventry is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to deliver high‑quality mental health care across shifts.

You will work 43.75 hours per week, including days, nights and alternate weekends, contribute to care planning, administer medications, and collaborate with the multi‑disciplinary team to support recovery and risk management.

• Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with residents, relatives & other healthcare professionals.
• Administer medicines within healthcare procedure & Healthcare Commission guidelines.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD) with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You’ll be working 43.75 hours a week (to include days, nights, and alternate weekends) at Cygnet Joyce Parker Hospital.

Cygnet Joyce Parker Hospital is our emergency mental health hospital in Coventry. The service supports adults across three wards to move as quickly and safely as possible to the most appropriate and least restrictive environment for them.

Our model of care promotes a collaborative approach whereby family, service users, commissioners and carers are all involved in the rehabilitation and recovery of the individual.

Your day-to-day…
