As a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) at our client's care home, you’ll look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve. You’ll create a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs, relying on your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions. Your responsibilities include developing tailored care plans, providing medication safely, and delivering excellence in all aspects of your work. As a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN), you’ll have the autonomy to do things the right way and be truly valued and respected for your contributions.
You need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the latest clinical practices to join us as a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN). Experience in producing comprehensive care plans and detailed risk assessments is important, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. You should be dedicated and compassionate, with a person-centered, thoughtful approach to nursing.

This is a Bank position to provide cover as needed, such as for annual leave or sick leave. The hours and days you work will vary.
