Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our care team. You will deliver nursing care to residents, collaborating with other nurse practitioners to maintain high standards, dignity, and independence for residents across the home.

Reporting to the Home Manager/Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead, you will bring post-registration experience and excellent communication to ensure consistent, compassionate care for residents in a welcoming environment.

About the role

As a Nurse, you will work as part of the care team, carrying out all relevant forms of care in conjunction with other nurse practitioners. Ensuring that care services are consistently provided to a high-quality standard and the personal care needs of residents are met while respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence. You will assist in the nursing care of the residents and in the general day-day activities of the home.

Reports to: Home Manager/Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead

Skills and attributes

• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent skills and knowledge of the job role.

Education and qualification

• NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
