Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a qualified Nurse to join our dedicated care team in Walton-on-Thames. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, support residents' daily living needs, and work closely with the Home Manager to maintain dignity and independence.

As an NMC registered nurse, you will bring excellent communication skills, reliability, and compassion to every shift, helping us deliver person-centred care across our home and ensure a warm, safe environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be an NMC-registered nurse with post-registration experience.
• Excellent communication skills and high-quality care delivery.
• Ability to support personal care needs while respecting dignity.

About the role

As a Nurse, you will work as part of the care team, carrying out all relevant forms of care in conjunction with other nurse practitioners. Ensuring that care services are consistently provided to a high-quality standard and the personal care needs of residents are met while respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence. You will assist in the nursing care of the residents and in the general day-day activities of the home.

Reports to: Home Manager/Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead

Skills and attributes

• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent skills and knowledge of the job role.

Education and qualification

• NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
