Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our care team in Carrington. You will contribute to high-quality nursing care, support residents with day-to-day activities, and uphold the dignity and independence of each resident within a compassionate, values-driven environment.

You will work under the Home Manager/Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead and be part of a dedicated team focused on resident wellbeing and outstanding care standards.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and post-registration experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a care team.
• Knowledge of nursing care standards and resident wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in conjunction with other nurse practitioners to ensure high-quality, resident-focused care.
• Assist in nursing care of residents and support daily activities within the home.
• Collaborate with the Home Manager/Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead to deliver compassionate care.

About the role

As a Nurse, you will work as part of the care team, carrying out all relevant forms of care in conjunction with other nurse practitioners. Ensuring that care services are consistently provided to a high-quality standard and the personal care needs of residents are met while respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence. You will assist in the nursing care of the residents and in the general day-day activities of the home.

Reports to: Home Manager/Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead

Skills and attributes

• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent skills and knowledge of the job role.

Education and qualification

• NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
