Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration.
Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting (1+ years preferred).
Strong clinical skills with the ability to deliver safe and effective care independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
Knowledge of healthcare protocols, clinical procedures, and nursing best practices.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure, making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, if required.
