Ideally, you will have diabetic experience and be responsible for managing diabetes, including insulin initiation, health education, blood review, medication monitoring, and dose adjustment. Training in this area may be considered for the right candidate.
Working as part of the nursing team, delivering care within your scope of practice to the entitled patient population. The role includes supporting the management team in reviewing clinical policies and procedures.
The post holder will deliver clinic and home-based treatment plans, including education, lifestyle advice, and the monitoring and management of symptoms and medications.
