How you will make an impact
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our team of dedicated nurses and support staff at Cabrini Brighton Rehabilitation.

Our 48-bed sub-acute rehabilitation unit supports patients across a range of specialties, including respiratory, orthopaedics, general medical, reconditioning, stroke, and cardiac care. Working alongside a skilled and supportive team, you’ll have the opportunity to develop expertise in rehabilitation and contribute meaningfully to patient recovery.

This role is ideal for someone looking to join a close-knit hospital environment with a busy, collaborative ward and the opportunity to grow and specialise within the medical and rehab field.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Provide patient-centred nursing care through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation

• Deliver high-quality clinical care in accordance with professional standards

• Accurately and promptly document care and interventions

• Support patients and families with empathy, while maintaining privacy, dignity, and confidentiality

About You

You will be a Registered Nurse with recent experience in rehabilitation nursing and you will also have:

• Relevant Nursing Qualifications and Registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA

• Recent rehabilitation nursing experience (preferred)

• Commitment to quality patient care and outcomes

• Enthusiasm for participation in a individual and team environment

• Excellent customer service focus and communication skills
