How you will make an impact
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our team of dedicated nurses and support staff at Cabrini Brighton Rehabilitation.
Our 48-bed sub-acute rehabilitation unit supports patients across a range of specialties, including respiratory, orthopaedics, general medical, reconditioning, stroke, and cardiac care. Working alongside a skilled and supportive team, you’ll have the opportunity to develop expertise in rehabilitation and contribute meaningfully to patient recovery.
This role is ideal for someone looking to join a close-knit hospital environment with a busy, collaborative ward and the opportunity to grow and specialise within the medical and rehab field.
Key responsibilities will include:
Provide patient-centred nursing care through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
Deliver high-quality clinical care in accordance with professional standards
Accurately and promptly document care and interventions
Support patients and families with empathy, while maintaining privacy, dignity, and confidentiality
About You
You will be a Registered Nurse with recent experience in rehabilitation nursing and you will also have:
Relevant Nursing Qualifications and Registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Recent rehabilitation nursing experience (preferred)
Commitment to quality patient care and outcomes
Enthusiasm for participation in a individual and team environment
Excellent customer service focus and communication skills
