An exciting opportunity has arisen for Band 5 Staff Nurses to join our Radiology Nursing team at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital in a rotational role. The role supports both inpatient and outpatient care in our main Radiology department and the new state-of-the-art Community Diagnostic Centre opening in Spring 2025. Successful candidates will care for patients undergoing various imaging procedures, including Ultrasound, CT, MRI, Fluoroscopy, and Plain Film X-ray. Radiology has recently expanded across all modalities, with new CT and MRI scanners installed as part of a large asset replacement program, alongside the development of the new Community Diagnostic Centre.
The role offers opportunities to gain experience across multiple imaging modalities, supported by our Clinical Nurse Educator.
You will work across a 7-day service, with shifts between 07:30 and 20:00.
You will need to be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to improve. Providing high-standard clinical care will positively impact patients and carers.
