Circle Health Group’s The Hampshire Clinic is hiring a Registered Nurse to join the Pre-Admissions team. This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week with a permanent contract and a salary up to £34,700 per year, depending on experience, training and qualification.

You will deliver direct nursing care, assess patient needs, monitor vitals, administer medications, and maintain accurate documentation in line with NMC standards and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
• Demonstrable experience in a clinical healthcare setting.
• Good understanding of clinical governance and patient safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in IT systems used for patient records and care planning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care in line with patient care plans and clinical protocols.
• Assess patient needs, prioritise care and update care plans accordingly.
• Monitor vital signs and escalate changes using clinical judgement.
• Administer medications safely and in accordance with hospital policies and the NMC Code.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and observations.
• Ensure compliance with NMC standards and hospital governance.
