The Hampshire Clinic, part of Circle Health Group, is hiring a Registered Nurse to join the Nursing department on a 37.5-hour-per-week, permanent basis with a night-shift pattern. This role involves delivering direct nursing care, assessing needs, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and maintaining documentation in line with NMC Code and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
• Demonstrable experience working in a clinical healthcare setting.
• Good understanding of clinical governance, patient safety, and evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient in IT systems used for patient records, documentation, and care planning.
• Previous experience in a relevant specialty desirable (e.g., surgical, medical, outpatient, orthopaedics, critical care).

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all care provided complies with NMC standards, clinical governance requirements, and hospital policies.
• Identify and report incidents, safeguarding concerns, and potential risks in line with hospital procedures.

We have an opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join their team of staff in the Nursing department.

This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required tocover a flexible shift pattern, consisting of night shifts.

Duties of this role include:
