The Saxon Clinic in Milton Keynes, part of Circle Health Group, is recruiting a Registered Nurse for the Outpatients department. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) delivers care per care plans, conducts assessments, and administers medications within an NMC-registered framework.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain documentation, and contribute to governance and quality improvement across surgical, medical and outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
• Demonstrable experience in a clinical healthcare setting.
• Good understanding of clinical governance and patient safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient in IT systems used for patient records and care planning.
• Experience in relevant specialty (outpatient, surgical, medical) desirable.

Salary: Up to £32,000.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

The Saxon Clinic in Milton Keynes is part of Circle Health Group , Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country.

We have an opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join their team of staff in the Outpatients department offering different specialties and included Health Assessment Screening.

This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern over five days including Saturdays on a rota basis and may include Bank Holidays in the future.

Duties of this role include:

• Deliver direct nursing care in line with patient care plans and clinical protocols.
• Assess patient needs, prioritise care, and update care plans accordingly.
• Monitor vital signs, recognise changes in condition, and accelerate appropriately using clinical judgement.
• Administer medications safely and effectively in accordance with hospital policies and the NMC Code.
• Maintain accurate, legible, and timely nursing documentation, including assessments, care plans, and observations.
• Ensure that all care provided complies with NMC standards, clinical governance requirements, and hospital policies.
• Identify and report incidents, safeguarding concerns, and potential risks in line with hospital procedures.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
• Demonstrable experience working in a clinical healthcare setting.
• Good understanding of clinical governance, patient safety, and evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient in IT systems used for patient records, documentation, and care planning.
• Previous experience in a relevant specialty desirable (e.g., surgical, medical, outpatient, orthopaedics, critical care).
