A well-motivated, conscientious person is sought to work in a busy and developing Orthopaedic Outpatient Dept. The post will allow the individual to enhance their existing knowledge in a varied clinical setting. Duties will include applying casts (training will be given), assisting with manipulations, carrying out various dressings, and dealing with pre- and post-op elective and trauma patients. Willingness to undertake the BCC (British Casting Course). A good communicator is essential.
The Orthopaedic Outpatient Department is constantly evolving with developments and added opportunities. Along with induction, orientation, and preceptorship, we will ensure you are supported in enhancing your skills through continuing professional development.
