Location: The Bath Clinic

Bank Shifts: Up to £25.00 per hour (depending on level of experience, training, and qualification)

Circle Health Group offers an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our friendly and motivated team in the Oncology department.

This is a bank role working on an “as and when required” basis, where you will supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for staff absences.

Duties include:

• Deliver direct nursing care according to patient care plans and clinical protocols.
• Assess patient needs, prioritize care, and update care plans.
• Monitor vital signs, recognize condition changes, and escalate as needed.
• Administer medications safely, adhering to hospital policies and the NMC Code.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation.
• Ensure care complies with NMC standards, governance, and hospital policies.
• Report incidents, safeguarding concerns, and risks following hospital procedures.

Applicant requirements:

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
• Experience in a clinical healthcare setting.
• Understanding of clinical governance and patient safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in IT systems for patient records and care planning.
• Surgical Nursing experience is essential.
• Must have completed the SACT passport and have evidence of administering Chemotherapy medications.
