Nurse Development

Job summary

Meallmore in Inverness seeks a Registered Nurse to lead a compassionate, person‑centred care team at Culduthel Care Home, upholding high nursing standards and supervising shifts in a safe, supportive environment in line with NMC codes.

You will deliver hands‑on clinical care and develop tailored care plans and risk assessments, advocating for residents and their families while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC registration is required.
• Experience leading a team (Desirable).
• Excellent knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices and regulatory frameworks.
• Professional, compassionate and motivated—focused on person-centred care.
• Organised and flexible with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high nursing care standards by leading the team and ensuring the shift runs smoothly.
• Deliver hands-on clinical care, leadership and support to provide the highest standards of person-centred care.
• Advocate and deliver a person-centred approach to care for residents and their families.
• Develop and monitor comprehensive, tailored care plans and detailed risk assessments adhering to regulatory frameworks.

What we are looking for
