Job summary

Hyllden Heights is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support and care for residents during night shifts at our Tonbridge community. You will mentor staff, lead by example, and deliver compassionate, person-centered care with ongoing assessments and tailored care plans.

You will work with a dedicated team to ensure high standards, build strong relationships with residents and families, and contribute to continuous improvement and well-being within the home.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with residents and families.

Hours: 36 hours per week

Pay: £25.38 per hour
