Job summary

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Registered Learning Disability Nurse to join our community team at Brook House, Ottershaw, near Woking. You will support four adults with learning disabilities, lead shifts, and work within an NHS framework to deliver person-centred care.

The role offers clinical duties including medication administration, health monitoring, and collaboration with the Clinical Lead and Home Manager to promote independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• NMC registration as RNLD, RMN, or RG.
• Experience with learning disabilities and autism.
• Experience of leading a shift and working in a team.

Responsibilities
