Qualifications

• First-level nursing registration with NMC PIN.
• Experience in care of adults with complex needs.
• Willingness to work flexible day and night shifts.
• Commitment to person-centred care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and provide person-centred nursing care for residents.
• Safely administer medications to residents.
• Promote health and wellbeing of the people we support.
• Be the Nurse in Charge of a small unit during shifts.
• Manage situations when challenging behaviours occur with professionalism.
• Promote choice, dignity, independence and respect.
