Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for Primrose Place in Coalville, part of a forward-thinking provider. You will deliver high-quality nursing care to adults with complex needs, supported by a strong team and comprehensive induction.

The role offers 12-hour day/night shifts, a fully paid induction, and opportunities for professional development within a growing organisation committed to person-centred care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Contract type: Full time (must be flexible, day and night 12 hour shifts)

Rate: £20.62 per hour

About Primrose Place

When open, Primrose Place will feature 36 en-suite bedrooms, across three units. Each unit will have its own dining room, lounge, and sensory bathroom.

With this small group living, we’re able to provide a homely and supportive environment, that’s more responsive to individual needs.

Primrose Place will offer a caring environment where people receive the support they need, close to their loved ones.

Our fully paid, 3 week bespoke Induction will start on the 5th January 2027!

About The Role

This is a highly skilled nursing role where you’ll be accountable and responsible for supporting people’s holistic needs. It requires a range of clinical and nursing skills.

You’ll provide the highest standards of nursing care for adults living with complex care and health needs. Our care focuses on maximising independence and building everyday living skills.

No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• assessing, planning and providing person-centred nursingcare for the people we support
• the safe administration of medication
• promoting health and wellbeing
• being the Nurse in Charge of a small unit whilst on shift
• managing situations when people display behaviours of concern
• promoting choice, dignity, independence and respect.
