Job summary

Renaissance Care Limited is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our Dundee care home. You will provide high-quality nursing care, support residents' clinical needs, and promote independence and meaningful connection in daily activities.

You will be responsible for care planning, documenting on Nourish, and mentoring colleagues while following NMC codes of conduct. A strong knowledge of health and safety procedures and a commitment to compassionate, person-centred care are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience leading a multi-disciplinary care team preferred.
• Ability to document and report care using Nourish platform.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Lead and support the care team to deliver person-centred care.
• Develop and review individual care plans and document updates.
• Administer medication with safety and accuracy.
