Job summary

Darnford Rose Care Home is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our clinical team in the Derbyshire area. You will provide person-centred care and work with a multidisciplinary team to support residents to live safely and with dignity.

The role offers flexible hours (full or part-time, days or nights) and a competitive hourly rate of £23.25. You will lead by example, maintain accurate records, administer medications, and participate in audits to continually improve care.

Qualifications

• Is a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
• Has post-registration clinical experience.
• Experience in elderly care is desirable.
• Demonstrates strong clinical assessment and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care in line with NMC standards.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual care plans.
• Safely administer and manage medication.
• Monitor residents' health and wellbeing and respond to changes.
• Provide clinical leadership to Care Assistants and Nursing Assistants.
• Collaborate with GPs and other health professionals.
