Job summary

Advinia is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our care homes, delivering person-centred nursing for residents. You will lead a caring team, ensure high standards of practice, and maintain meticulous care plans in partnership with families and healthcare professionals.

You will oversee clinical duties, support training needs, and ensure compliance with NMC guidelines and company policies, while contributing to a supportive, value-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Be a registered nurse with valid NMC licence.
• Demonstrate hands-on nursing care experience.
• Ability to lead and mentor care teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all staff contribute to efficient home operation and resident well-being.
• Provide wound care and health supervision.
• Lead and support the care team with training needs assessments.
• Cover duties for Deputy/Home Manager when required.
• Maintain accurate care plans in collaboration with residents, relatives and health professionals.
• Administer, order and document medicines following NMC guidelines.
