Job summary

Advinia is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our care homes in Glasgow, delivering high quality, person-centred nursing care to residents. You will work with the home team to ensure compassionate, compliant care and effective health monitoring.

The role requires an active NMC pin and at least one year of nursing practice, with a focus on elder care. You will collaborate with families and other health professionals to maintain comprehensive care plans and ensure resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid NMC pin and have at least 1 year of nursing practice.
• Experience in elder care or care home setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and team-working skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, person-centred nursing care to residents.
• Collaborate with care teams and families to update care plans.
• Administer medicines and document per NMC guidelines.
• Monitor resident health and report changes to the MDT.
