Job summary

Advinia is seeking a Registered Nurse (NMC-registered) to join our care homes across the UK. You will work within a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for residents in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

Holds a valid NMC license and has at least 1 year of nursing practice.
Experience leading care teams and coordinating care delivery.
Strong communication and organisational skills to support residents and staff.

Responsibilities

Lead and support care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Maintain and review residents' Care Plans in collaboration with residents, relatives and health professionals.
Administer, order and store prescribed medicines following NMC guidelines and company policy.
Ensure accurate documentation and effective handover at shift changes.
Identify training needs and provide coaching to your team to maintain standards.
