Job summary

Farleigh Hospice in Chelmsford/North Essex is recruiting highly motivated Registered Nurses for our 12-bed Inpatient Unit to deliver specialist palliative and end of life care. You will work as part of a dedicated team to manage complex patient needs, focusing on symptom control and holistic support for patients and their families.

The role involves a 7-day week rota and access to bespoke induction, palliative care training, dementia courses, and internal education resources to support ongoing

Farleigh Hospice is a high performing organisation providing specialist palliative and end of life care for people with life limiting illness in the Mid Essex region. Our team at Farleigh has grown and evolved to meet the changings needs of the community we serve.

We are now looking for highly motivated and skilled Registered Nurses to join our specialist Inpatient Unit Nursing Team; with the introduction of a new skill mix in staff developed to meet the increasing complexities of patient needs. The 12-bed unit will provide holistic care for patients with both malignant and non-malignant life limiting illnesses and their families/carers. This will include excellent symptom control, psycho-social and spiritual support for patients who are admitted for symptom control, specialist palliativerehabilitationand end of life care.
