HC-One, The Kind Care Company, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our care home teams across the UK. You’ll provide person-centred care, lead with clinical expertise, and mentor colleagues and nursing students in a supportive, nurse-led environment.

You’ll work with multi-disciplinary teams, uphold safeguarding standards, and deliver compassionate care that supports Residents and their families. A commitment to professional development and ongoing learning is essential.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC pin.
• Minimum 12 months experience in health or social care.
• Ability to mentor colleagues and supervise students.
• Excellent communication and professional behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to residents.
• Lead and support as practice supervisor and assessor to students.
• Maintain safeguarding and report concerns as required.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver care.
