Century Healthcare Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for Euxton Park to join our friendly team on a permanent basis.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care during night shifts, with a clear emphasis on safety and compassionate practice. You will provide care aligned with individual care plans, administer medications, monitor residents and liaise with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
• Experience in a care home or nursing home is desirable.
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently.

Euxton Park | 48 hours per week | £19.65 - £21.65 per hour

Euxton Park is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our friendly team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and wants to be part of a supportive care home environment.

The Role

As a Registered Nurse at Euxton Park, you will be responsible for providing safe, effective and compassionate nursing care to our residents throughout the night.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans.
• Administering medication safely and accurately.
• Monitoring residents' health and wellbeing and responding appropriately to changes in condition.
• Working closely with care staff and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
• Supporting residents with dignity, respect and compassion.
• Ensuring all care is delivered in accordance with CQC requirements and company policies.
• Providing guidance and support to care staff during the night.
• Responding appropriately to emergencies and escalating concerns when required.

Working Hours

48 hours per week ( 4 x 12 hour shifts)

There are two roles available; one full-time days position and one full-time nights position.

What We're Looking For

You will need to be:

• A Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
• Passionate about providing excellent standards of resident care.
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
• Confident in making clinical decisions and responding to changing needs.
• A strong communicator and team player.
• Committed to maintaining residents' dignity, privacy and independence.
• Previous experience within a care home or nursing home environment would be desirable.
