We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our Nursing Home in London, Ilford. We are looking for individuals with experience in a similar role, who are committed to delivering exceptional, personalised care that promotes dignity, choice and respect.

This Nursing Homeis a purpose-built facility situated in the heart of Redbridge, features 80 rooms divided into six units for service users. The centre specialises in providing accommodation for those requiring nursing treatment of injuries or physical disabilities, palliative care and for those with dementia

Available Shifts

• Full‑time Day Shifts – 12 hours (8am–8pm)
• Full‑time Night Shifts – 12 hours (8pm–8am)

Pay Rate

• between £21- £22 per hour

About You

• RGN or RMN with experience in a care home setting, supporting older adults
• A kind, caring and patient approach, with a genuine passion for delivering high‑quality care
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team, supporting, leading and mentoring junior staffli
• Previous experience motivating and guiding a care team
• UK Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN)
• Active UK NMC PIN
• Clear DBS and two satisfactory references

Key Responsibilities

• Dispensing and administering medication as prescribed, maintaining accurate records
• Managing stock control and ordering prescribed medication and medical supplies
• Ensuring compliance with all statutory and legal requirements, including Health & Safety, COSHH and the Care Standards Act
